CDLH is a specialist firm of Chartered Surveyors established by Alan C Creevy BSC FRICS FCIArb and Peter E Darroch BSC FRICS to provide unrivaled client service in the Leisure, Hospitality, Healthcare & Commercial property sectors.
The Principals of CDLH have held Director positions in the Licensed Leisure and Hotels Department at Jones Lang LaSalle, Creevy LLH (sold to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008) and Chesterton.
Between the founding Directors we have over 50 years’ experience as Chartered Surveyors within the Licensed Leisure and Hotel Sectors. In 2014 CDLH capitalised on there business valuation expertise expanded into the Healthcare Sector lead by Steven Tolson our Director of Healthcare & Housing.
Alan Creevy and Peter Darroch established CDLH to provide their clients with the security of a niche firm with passionate individuals who perform within timescales, provide accurate and relevant advice, adhere to confidentiality at all times and gain results/provide substantial added value to clients. Our aim is to provide clients with Director level attention and service at all times and provide and implement strategies.
CDLH holds professional indemnity insurance of £5m for each and every claim which is the level offered by many large International Property Service companies. Clients can rest assured that not only does CDLH have the expertise it also has the processes, security and fully integrated IT systems to deliver a world class service.
CDLH is a firm of Chartered Surveyors regulated by the RICS. However we offer a service far beyond most firms of Chartered Surveyors. Our business analysis skills and expertise in the Leisure and hospitality sectors allow us to provide tailored knowledgeable advice whether in the Agency, Valuation, Professional or Consultancy fields.
