Peter E Darroch BSc FRICS

Peter is a founding Director of CDLH and gained his professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and in 2005 gained the privileged FRICS qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Peter has dealt specifically in the Licensed Leisure and Hotel sector since 1995 and has considerable experience in all aspects of general practice surveying services including Valuations, Group Valuations, Property and Business Sales, Acquisitions, Rent Reviews, Consultancy Advice, Development, Lease/Management Contract Negotiations, Business Reviews with KPI Benchmarking and Work Out Strategies.

Peter also gained valuable experience in terms of the internal procedures and requirements from a banks viewpoint having undertaken a secondment to the National Australia Banking Group. This knowledge enables bank valuation reports to be tailored specifically to their requirements.
