Alan C Creevy BSc FRICS FCIArb

Alan is a founding Director of CDLH and is a Chartered Surveyor and Business Analyst who has focused on the Licensed Leisure and Hotels Property Sector since the late 1980s. Alan is equally at home in running an Agency disposal campaign or a Valuation for an individual asset or portfolio of properties. Alan is often instructed by operators, banks or insolvency practitioners to conduct business performance review to maximise profitability and return on capital as well as strategies to gain best return from licensed assets.

Alan’s areas of expertise include Agency: Loan Security Valuation: Asset Valuation: Consultancy & Strategic Advice: Rent Reviews: Expert Witness and Business Performance Analysis.

Alan is a Fellow if the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has successfully completed a RICS Accredited Expert Witness and Mediation programs. Alan is one of very few Scottish based RICS Approved Expert Witness
